Dr Janine Arnold

Dr Janine Arnold is a Specialist General and Bariatric Surgeon based in Bendigo at Bendigo Surgical Services and St John of God Bendigo Hospital. She completed her medical degree, as well as her Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree, at the University of New South Wales in 2003. She later completed her primary surgical training with the Royal Australian College of Surgeons and was awarded her fellowship in 2012.

Later that year, Dr Arnold moved to Bendigo and became the General Surgery Fellow at Bendigo Health. Dr Arnold has public appointments at Bendigo Health and private appointments at St John of God Bendigo and Warrigal Private.

Dr Arnold has special interests in bariatric surgery and provides a wide range of services including sleeve gastrectomy and gastric bypass. She recently completed a fellowship with Lap Surgery Australia and Mr Darrin Goodall-Wilson to further her expertise in this field.

Dr Arnold is known by her colleagues and patients for her dedication to patient care and her commitment to helping patients achieve improved health and weight loss.
