Jane Ellen Chidgey is a registered psychologist who provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for clients to explore their concerns. They aim to work collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight, develop new skills and make positive changes in their lives.

Jane Ellen Chidgey draws on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness-based approaches. They are passionate about helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall well-being.
