Dr Jacinda Stork

Dr Jacinda Stork is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. Known for her friendly, respectful, and sympathetic approach, she strives to build strong partnerships with her patients to support them throughout their health journeys. Dr Stork believes in open communication and works collaboratively with individuals of all ages to achieve optimal health outcomes.

With a diverse clinical background, Dr Stork possesses expertise across a broad range of general practice services. Her areas of clinical interest include chronic disease management, sleep medicine, and EEG monitoring. She is also highly skilled in family medicine, offering dedicated care in paediatrics as well as men's and women's health. Her comprehensive approach to women's health encompasses sexual health, menopause management, and contraception, including the insertion and removal of Implanon and the removal of Mirena (IUD) devices. Additionally, she is trained in cosmetic injectables.

Dr Stork completed her medical degree with Honours at Newcastle University. Demonstrating a strong commitment to medical research, she was awarded a PhD from the University of Melbourne in 2002 for her research into carotid artery surgery to prevent stroke, which was supported by an AHMRF scholarship and NHMRC funding. Her academic contributions include publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at major neurology and stroke conferences. Dr Stork is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has also contributed to the training of future medical professionals as a Teaching Associate at Monash University.
