Dr Islam Nassar is a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Surgeon and the Founder and Clinical Director of Arthritis Care and Rapid Recovery Arthroplasty (ACRRA) in North Gosford, New South Wales. He provides comprehensive care for hip, knee, and shoulder conditions, specialising in advanced joint replacement, revision procedures, and complex trauma surgery.

He performs surgery using modern, minimally invasive and muscle-sparing techniques, supported by robotic and patient-specific planning to enhance precision and recovery outcomes. Dr Nassar’s approach combines evidence-based surgical methods with individualised rehabilitation to restore mobility and confidence.
