I have already had surgery done by Huw and have been very satisfied with results. He has been compassionate and truthful. The same cannot be said about his receptionist who showed little respect, care or concern. I feel anxious about ringing Huw's rooms. If I need to speak to him, I am fairly sure the receptionist would block me from doing so.

I would say to anyone undergoing this procedure to take the advice of the staff and use pain relief offered in the first 24-48 hours post surgery. I think my recovery would have been better had I got on top of the pain initially. Don’t be a hero.

Explained the procedure in detail and the professional way my surgery went was excellent

More involved and demanding than I expected partly because of urology issues at night. Rehab was very good but the process causes stress on the other knee which I had not anticipated. This is now an unknown factor.
