Very proffesional, friendly and thorough, so very happy to have been referred to and used A/Prof Zargar for my recent surgery.

A/Prof Homi Zargar contacted me by phone within 24 hours of me being told of an incidental finding, understanding that I would have received a shock. I met with A/Prof Homi the following day. He patiently provided the most excellent explanations I have ever experienced, allowed me to see a video of what happens in surgery, treated me (and my support person) with the greatest respect and honesty, never rushing us, and he conversed with humour and encouragement, in turn reducing my shock and allaying my fears. He was so incredibly supportive and positive the day of my surgery (and also went over and above to protect an existing shoulder injury I had which was completely outside of his expected role). He contacted my family promptly after surgery and spent time with me before discharge explaining everything that had been done in surgery, again never rushing me and answering all my questions. A week later he called me to discuss histopathology results, once again with complete honesty, and his special brand of encouragement and humour. A/Prof Homi is the most trustworthy and personable surgeon I have ever had the good fortune to be referred to and treated by, and I would highly recommended him and his excellent Practice to anyone.

Dr Zargar was very professional before & after my prostate removal operation. He informed me what to expect after the operation. He answered any questions I put to him to my satisfaction. He made me feel relaxed in his presence.
