Mr Greg Janes

Mr Greg Janes is an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, knee and hip.

Mr Janes completed his medical studies at the University of Western Australia in 1986. He subsequently undertook orthopaedic surgical training in the United Kingdom and Perth and achieved his Orthopaedic Fellowship in 1994. He later completed a fellowship in upper limb surgery.

Mr Janes has also held an academic role as a Senior Lecturer in Orthopaedic Surgery for four years. He has represented Western Australia on the Board of the Australian Orthopaedic Association and is Chair of its WA branch. He was also a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery for ten years.
