Dr Graeme Smith

Dr Graeme Smith is a dedicated General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare to patients of all ages. He enjoys all aspects of family medicine, with a strong belief that long-term patient relationships are the cornerstone of effective healthcare. By fostering continuity of care, patient education, and shared decision-making, Dr Smith aims to empower his patients and help them achieve the best possible health outcomes.

With a broad clinical repertoire, Dr Smith has developed a particular interest in the management of chronic and complex diseases. He utilises a systematic approach to coordinate care for patients with multiple medical conditions, collaborating closely with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless support. Additionally, he is highly proactive in preventative healthcare and is experienced in managing skin cancers, travel health, and internal medicine.

Dr Smith completed his undergraduate Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree at the University of New South Wales. Following his graduation, he undertook his hospital residency with a regional health service in New South Wales, gaining valuable experience across a diverse range of medical specialties. After completing his family medicine training programme, he obtained his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1995. Committed to the advancement of his profession, Dr Smith actively supervises General Practice Registrars and medical students, and he serves as an examiner and standard setter for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
