Dr Eng Ang

Dr Eng Ang is a dedicated General Practitioner who is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive, and patient-centred medical care. He strongly believes in a collaborative approach to healthcare, taking the time to listen to his patients' concerns and involving them in shared decision-making regarding their health. By empowering individuals to take an active role in managing their well-being, Dr Ang strives to create a comfortable, supportive, and reassuring environment for every patient.

Dr Ang completed his medical education at the University of Melbourne, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2010. Following his graduation, he gained valuable clinical experience by undertaking various hospital rotations across Victoria. He went on to achieve his specialist qualification, obtaining a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2016. To further broaden his clinical perspective, Dr Ang also spent time practising Family Medicine internationally in Singapore before returning to Victoria to continue his career.

As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Ang has developed a broad range of clinical interests to support patients at all stages of life. He is particularly passionate about preventative health and chronic disease management, helping patients optimise their long-term health outcomes. His areas of clinical interest also encompass travel medicine and dermatology. Additionally, Dr Ang is highly skilled in performing minor procedures, including skin excisions as well as the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants.
