Mrs Douha El-Assaad

Douha El-Assaad is a registered psychologist. Douha supports clients in realising their strengths and witnessing them make meaningful changes in their lives. They believe that receiving quality care can benefit a client's family, their workspace and their wider community. Douha has experience working with clients of all ages, from children to older adults. They understand the different challenges that clients may experience throughout their lives.

Douha provides a safe and reflective space for clients to explore their experiences and uncover areas for healing, growth and possibility. They believe counselling can be transformative. They are passionate about providing evidence-based and culturally aware mental health support and treatment. When providing therapy, they consider the whole person, with reverence and acknowledgement of their beliefs, background, values, cultures and lived experience.
