Dr Deborah Nicole Markopoulos

Dr Deborah Nicole Markopoulos is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a broad clinical focus, she is committed to supporting individuals and families through all stages of life. Throughout her career, Dr Markopoulos has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. She is particularly passionate about women's health, paediatric and adolescent health, and mental health. Additionally, she has extensive experience in chronic disease management and preventative medicine, working closely with patients to implement proactive strategies that promote long-term well-being. Having practised in both urban and rural settings, she possesses a versatile understanding of community healthcare needs.

Dr Markopoulos completed her medical education at the University of Adelaide School of Medicine, graduating in 2001. Following her graduation, she undertook further specialised training with the Adelaide to Outback General Practice Training Programme. This rigorous training equipped her with a robust foundation in all aspects of family medicine, enabling her to deliver high-quality care as a General Practitioner.
