Dr Darryl Funch

Dr Darryl Funch is a General Practitioner practising at Myer Centre Doctors in Brisbane, Queensland. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Queensland in 1977 and has more than three decades of experience in medical practice.

During his career in rural medicine, Dr Funch developed additional expertise in anaesthetics, obstetrics, and hypnotherapy. He has extensive experience managing a broad range of medical conditions and has worked across both regional and metropolitan healthcare settings.

Dr Funch served as a principal in a group practice in Maryborough for 23 years before joining First Care Doctors in 2008. He initially practised at Southbank and has worked at Myer Centre Doctors since 2016.

His clinical experience encompasses general medicine, rural healthcare, and the management of a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions.
