Dr Charles Elliott is a highly dedicated General Practitioner and Emergency Medicine Specialist who provides comprehensive, reassuring care to his patients. His clinical interests also encompass lap band adjustments and the insertion of Mirena intrauterine devices (IUDs). Dr Elliott completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Queensland, qualifying in 1978. Committed to continuous professional development, he went on to obtain a Diploma of Child Health from the Royal College of Physicians of London in 1981, followed by a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 1982. He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1987. Furthering his expertise in dermatology, he completed a Certificate of Australian Skin Cancer Medicine in 2007 and earned a Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer from the University of Queensland in 2013.
