Dr Celine Luis is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare to individuals and families. As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Luis has developed a diverse range of clinical interests to support patients at every stage of life. She is particularly passionate about Women's Health and Children's Health, drawing on her extensive background to provide expert guidance in these areas. Her clinical focus also extends to the proactive management of chronic conditions, including diabetes, chronic lung disease, and heart disease. Additionally, she provides vital support for mental health concerns, general health and wellbeing, and preventive care services such as skin cancer checks and pre-employment health assessments.

Dr Luis completed her medical training at the University of Mysore, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1979. To further her expertise in paediatric care, she obtained a Diploma of Child Health and gained valuable clinical experience serving as a Senior Paediatric Registrar. Her career includes extensive medical practice within public hospitals and general practice settings in New Zealand. Dr Luis is a recognised Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of General Practice.
