Dr Cameron Fairbrother

Dr Cameron Fairbrother is a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a diverse clinical background, he is committed to supporting the health and well-being of his patients through all stages of life. Dr Fairbrother completed his initial tertiary education at the University of Melbourne, graduating with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 1996. Driven by a passion for human medicine, he returned to the same institution to complete his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B., B.S.), qualifying in 2005. He subsequently undertook postgraduate training in regional Victoria, obtaining his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He is an active Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Throughout his medical career, Dr Fairbrother has gained extensive experience working in major metropolitan hospitals and regional emergency departments. This background has equipped him with advanced skills in acute medicine and emergency care. In addition to his clinical practice, he is deeply involved in medical education, teaching other General Practitioners in rural emergency skills and serving as a Senior Clinical Lecturer at a regional university.
