My daughter saw Dr Blessy on 3 occasions (a mix of face to face and telehealth). Dr Blessy was nice and easy to talk to. Dr Blessy wrote a feedback letter to our GP after every appointment. Unfortunately, the last letter she wrote had a diagnosis in it, that was incorrect/had not been made yet. I actively questioned this by writing to the practice. I received a reply from the practice manager basically saying "Oops, sorry. we will send another letter with the correct information". This led to us losing confidence and trust in Dr Blessy. I am aware that people make mistakes and that is not my issue. I think something as serious as this probably warranted a phonecall from the doctor and an explanation. If I did not question this, my daughter would have incorrect information following her around and incorrectly informing the decisions made to support her. Really dissapointing.
Dr Blessy is amazing and the appointment was well planned and we were given assessments paper works so that they had all information ahead of the appointment which made an easy pathway for our child’s assessment.
Dr Charles was very professional. She addressed our concerns very well and really took time to listen. We were very satisfied how our consultation turned out from the assessment to the appropriate diagnostics and recommendations provided.

Dr Blessy is kind, paitent and practical when treating children. She has given our family lots of support which we are very grateful of.
We had an appointment with Dr Blessy but also had Dr Siobhan with us too and both doctors were amazing. Took time to really listen to us and provide honest advice and good explanations.
