Dr Blesson Abraham

Dr Blesson Abraham is a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. He began his medical career working as a Consultant Physician before transitioning into general practice. Dr Abraham is passionate about working closely with families, focusing on instilling a healthy, well-balanced, and holistic approach to life and well-being.

Dr Abraham obtained his Diplomate of National Board in Medicine, DNB (Med). He subsequently pursued further training in general practice, qualifying with the Royal College of General Practitioners in the United Kingdom in 2007. Upon relocating to Australia in 2012, he achieved Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He holds professional memberships with both the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK) and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Throughout his career, Dr Abraham has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. His background as a Consultant Physician provides him with a strong foundation in managing complex chronic conditions, including cardiology, diabetes management, and respiratory medicine such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Additionally, he is highly experienced in geriatrics, mental health, paediatrics, and emergency medicine, which includes treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
