Professor Rimmer is a professional at the top of their game. I feared I had damaged my ears skydiving and felt very reassured after my consultation. Oh, and I definitely experienced the Florence Nightingale Effect, just being honest. 

I really felt a lot of confidence in the professionalism of Dr Giddings. He was very intent in getting to the bottom of the problem and spent the required time and follow up. I felt I got the attention to my issue with Dr Giddings where I had not felt that elsewhere.
