Dr Menon began his medical career after graduating with a Doctor of Medicine degree from Kursk State Medical University in the Russian Federation in 2000. Following his relocation to Australia, he successfully obtained certification from the Australian Medical Council in 2010, demonstrating his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of medical practice within the Australian healthcare system.

He further advanced his specialist training in women's health and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) in 2020.
