Dr Alison Pung

Dr Alison Pung is a compassionate and dedicated General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals from all backgrounds. She approaches medicine with a holistic and reassuring manner, ensuring that her patients feel heard and supported throughout their healthcare journey. Her clinical practice focuses on delivering thorough and evidence-based medical care, tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Dr Pung graduated with her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Monash University in 2012. Following her graduation, she gained valuable clinical experience working across various hospital settings, including rotations in emergency medicine, before specialising in general practice. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and holds a Diploma in Child Health (DCH), reflecting her advanced training and dedication to high standards of primary care.

With a broad range of clinical interests, Dr Pung provides comprehensive family medicine. Her areas of focus include women's health, children's health, travel medicine, and mental health. In addition to general consultations, she is skilled in performing a variety of clinical procedures, such as iron infusions, minor skin procedures, and the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants. Her diverse expertise allows her to support patients through all stages of life, from early childhood through to adulthood.
