Dr Ajilesh Chacko

Dr Ajilesh Chacko is a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a strong belief in the "cradle to grave" model of medicine, he focuses on building lasting relationships with his patients to support their long-term health and wellbeing. Dr Chacko completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in India before relocating to the United Kingdom to pursue advanced medical training. Initially training as a Surgeon, he earned a Diploma in Head and Neck Surgery and became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS). His passion for holistic care led him to transition into General Practice, where he obtained a Diploma in Geriatric Medicine, a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRCOG), and a Diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Health. He is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in the UK and is an accredited Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Throughout his career, Dr Chacko has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. His surgical background provides him with exceptional skills in performing minor surgical procedures and skin checks. He is highly experienced in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine, offering treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers. Additionally, Dr Chacko has a strong focus on preventive medicine, geriatric care, and managing the complex, atypical presentations of illnesses in elderly patients. His expertise also extends to ear, nose, and throat (ENT) issues, sexual health, and family medicine.
