Dr Ahmed Goolam

Dr Ahmed Goolam is a dedicated and experienced urological surgeon. They are committed to providing exceptional, patient-centred care. They specialise in the management of urologic cancers and have completed extensive training and fellowship programmes, including robotic surgery for prostate, bladder, and kidney cancers. Dr Goolam utilises contemporary technologies to provide patients with the most appropriate treatments for their urologic conditions.

With training in endourology and general urology, Dr Goolam is able to manage a wide range of issues, including kidney stone disease and an enlarged prostate, using surgical approaches tailored to individual patient needs. They work closely with a multidisciplinary team of experienced theatre, ward, and clinic staff to ensure all patients receive personalised care throughout the treatment process.

Dr Goolam is committed to the promotion of comprehensive, efficient, and effective healthcare for the community. In addition to their clinical work, Dr Goolam is actively involved in teaching, research, and education. They work in two teaching hospitals and contribute to research at all their operating hospitals.
