Dr Adrian Sjarif

Dr Adrian Sjarif is an experienced and fully accredited Plastic, Reconstructive, and Cosmetic Surgeon currently seeing patients at Southside Plastic Surgery, Highlands Plastic Surgery and Goulburn Healthhub. He began his academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (BSc) from the University of New South Wales, followed by an Honours Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from University of Sydney.

After completing several years of general surgical training, Dr Sjarif earned a Master’s Degree in Surgery (MS) from the University of Sydney. He later completed specialist plastic surgical training and became a Fellow in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2013.

Further enriching his skill set, Dr Sjarif underwent an additional 12 months of subspecialty training in the United States at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York City. During this fellowship, he gained extensive experience in both reconstructive and aesthetic breast procedures, employing microsurgical and implant-based techniques. Additionally, he focused on reconstructing cancer-related defects of the head, neck, and various other body areas. Dr Sjarif gained further expertise in facial aesthetic surgery under the guidance of distinguished Professor Gubisch at the Marien Hospital in Germany.

Dr Sjarif has specialist expertise in breast surgery, body contouring surgery, facial rejuvenation surgery, rhinoplasty, and skin cancer reconstruction. He is committed to delivering timely, precise, and compassionate care to his patients.
