About Dr. Adrian Ling
Dr Adrian Ling is an experienced Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon. He is highly qualified and has over 20 years experience in treating both venous and arterial diseases, using both open surgery and endovascular surgery. Patients have often commented on his warm, genuine nature which makes them feel more at ease during what can be quite a stressful time for them.
He strives to ensure his patients are always kept up-to-date about their condition and any management options that could potentially be open to them - which can occasionally include non-surgical methods. Dr Ling is particularly interested in: Venaseal Glue for 'walk-in, walkout' varicose vein treatment, limb salvage (prevention of amputation) when dealing with peripheral vascular disease and diabetic tibial disease; he has a great deal of expertise in the latest advanced endovascular techniques, giving his patients great results with minimal recovery time.
Dr Ling graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2001. He is currently a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and also a member in good standing within both the Australian and New Zealand Society of Vascular Surgery. He is a part of the senior Medical Staff at the renowned Royal Melbourne Hospital.
