Dr Adam Mackie

Dr Adam Mackie is a highly experienced obstetrician and gynaecologist, practicing at EvolutionOGF and across leading hospitals on Sydney’s lower north shore and inner west, including The Mater Hospital, North Shore Private Hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. He completed his MBBS at the University of Sydney in 2004, followed by specialist training that led to his Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) in 2013. In addition, he holds an MBA in Health Management, reflecting his commitment to patient-focused, modern healthcare.

With over 3,000 babies delivered, Dr Mackie brings extensive experience in both low- and high-risk pregnancies. His expertise includes the management of pregnancies following IVF, twin pregnancies, complex caesarean surgery, cervical cerclage, and caring for women with medical complications or a history of pregnancy loss.

Dr Mackie is passionate about supporting women and their families throughout pregnancy and childbirth. He is known for being generous with his time, listening carefully, and empowering women to make informed choices about their care.
