Dr Adam Currey is a highly dedicated General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. Dr Currey believes in building strong, collaborative relationships with his patients, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and active participants in their own healthcare journeys.

In his clinical practice, Dr Currey maintains a strong focus on preventative medicine, with the primary goal of keeping patients healthy and out of hospital. He has a keen interest in the preventative management of cardiovascular disease, working closely with patients to assess, explain, and improve their risk profiles. Additionally, Dr Currey is highly regarded for his expertise and inclusive approach to LGBTI health, providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment for all members of the community.

Dr Currey earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and subsequently achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). During his postgraduate training, he spent a significant portion of his hospital residency working alongside leading Cardiologists at a major cardiac hospital in Queensland, which laid the foundation for his deep understanding of cardiovascular health. He remains an active member of his professional college, continuously updating his clinical knowledge to deliver the highest standard of care.
