Due changes in staff my appointments did not happen several times and I had to reschedule several times. However, when my dietician was able to make the appointment she was very thorough and helpful. We made another appoinment to follow up on some issues discussed that will help get me back on track.

Reception staff failed on many occasions to pass on messages to appropriate staff when i rang. Psychologist openly discussed my private personal sessions openly with other non medical members of staff whom aren't part of my care team. I was unable to get feedback when I requested it. My all inclusive quote didn't include follow up appointments for scans, meeting with doctor/surgeon, pathology testing, additional scanning. I requested many times to speak with practice manager to express my concerns to either be ignored or put onto a nurse or receptionist. I have felt violated, blind and alone throughout thus entire process from the moment they got my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The slowest part of the process was waiting for confirmation from ATO & my super company. The information provided beforehand prepared me well. The follow up contacts have been great.
