The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The slowest part of the process was waiting for confirmation from ATO & my super company. The information provided beforehand prepared me well. The follow up contacts have been great.
Staff, especially counsellor were amazing and supportive
At the beginning I was very happy with every thing! But I have paid for 2 balloons and only received one. I have constantly called and don’t get a call back. I still HAVE NOT had my second procedure that I have paid for. Next step will be further action and get my money back

Great communications between surgeons, nurses, councillors.
I would never send anyone to WLSA. The hospital and surgeon was fine but the WLSA staff are worse than anything you could ever dream of. They do not support you. They will leave you when you call them in excruciating pain. They do not care about you. They’re just after the money
