Seen Dr Francis Lai and he is a Very educated professional, diagnosed 3 issues on my skin in the first minute of the conversation, which have been over looked inclinic by my gp. Have been seeing Dr Yvonne Nguyen, for the past 12 weeks, she has been fantastic in supporting me to start the process of clearing my skin, she makes the information clear so it’s easy to understand.

I had a consultation about hair loss, after a very bad experience with another dermatologist. I was excited to try and get some help but unfortunately this was not the case. The Dr said I had something different to what the previous derm had said. The diagnosis contradicts what my scalp biopsy results say (from my GP bur sample was not adequate to provide official diagnosi) Despite this, a new biopsy was not offered. I feel like the Dr had made her decision as to what I had, based on the photos alone, and not what symptoms I am experiencing. Hair loss is already a sensitive topic and I have now spent over $600 for dermatologists to all say I have different things, without confirming it. It's mentally draining.

The whole process was extremely streamlined due to being a virtual service. This however didn’t affect the sense of care provided by the staff - all interactions felt personal.
