The clinic is led by Dr Philip Smith (Uro-Doc), a highly experienced Urological and Robotic Surgeon. Dr Smith grew up in Brisbane’s southside. He trained as a specialist through the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, beginning in General Surgery (Trauma/Transplant) before completing Urology and Robotic (Da Vinci) surgical training in Brisbane and San Jose, California.

Dr Smith has dedicated 25 years to Queensland Health, serving as a Senior Surgeon in Urology at Cairns Public Hospital for over a decade. Alongside his public service, Dr Smith has more than 10 years of experience in a large multi-disciplinary private practice before establishing his own practice to focus more closely on individual patient care and outcomes.
