I had a very good experience. Everyone is very professional and also just so kind. I felt really looked after.

I arrived and was welcomed and given appropriate instructions. I waited for less than 10 minutes while my provider finished with a previous client. I was surprised by the children's books but then it made sense, as children needing grommets is not uncommon. My provider was easy to work with and understood exactly what was wrong and provided great instruction and insight.

Friendly and efficient staff. Privacy. Doctor was caring, and made sure I was comfortable during my examination.The Doctor was able to put my mind at ease.
