The staff were efficient, from entering the building and completing forms to leaving. Nurses answerd any questions and put me at ease. It's good you get to talk to the doctor and receive results before leaving.

Unsure what to expect as I had not done any medical procedures (day surgery) like at your centre. The visit was straight forward.

Professional yet friendly and helpful staff. Clear explanations of activities and patient involvement I could not think of any aspect that could be improved!

Admission process was smooth staff and drs were lovely and informative. Won't be as alarmed when I come back in 3 years

Over all very good. Very minor point was when told to get into the hospital type gown I asked if the nurse would come back and assist which the tying of the straps as I had very limited movement in one shoulder and would appreciate help. She did not return however another nurse assisted me later on before the procedure. As stated, very minor.
