Anethstist Dr Medhat Wahba made the process so good. Last time I almost had a panic attack about being put under but this time he made it so much better and was very personable. Also my nurse Beth was an amazing too, her relaxed and friendly manner also got me in a very comfortable state. It must have all worked because they didn’t need to over sedate me like last time because I was so nervous. And this time I woke up feeling great. Thanks also to the lovely front desk staff. Recently visited Southern Endoscopy Centre for a colonoscopy. Excellent service and care by all staff. Carly and Zoe at reception desk very thorough. Nurses Shona and Kate extremely informative and caring. Dr Ganesh and Anaesthetist Dr Chun extremely professional and explained all procedures well. Thankyou

My visit to Southern Endoscopy Centre recently was the best experience I have had in Eddie doctors rooms or hospital, private or public. The anaesthetist and gastroenterologist were excellent and extremely informative. I was very pleased to have been given a copy of my own report and time with the gastroenterologist after my endoscopy. The nursing staff were sensational. There is clearly a good organisational culture, and from a patient perspective it makes things very smooth and pleasant.
