The wait time from appt to procedure was too long, i think it was over 1 hr or more. Maybe it was an hour in the bed + time waiting in the foyer area. It was cold sitting in bed in one of the gowns for far too long before procedure. the staff were friendly & helpful Dr Nordeen was great, answered all questions & was very helpful.
I was happy with the experience, but did have to wait for over an hour before my procedure
Attended 26/5/26 for a colonoscopy. Very short waiting time to be admitted. Receptionist ( sorry didn't catch her name) were great. Nurse Toni was very friendly, professional and informative. Dr Pedram and Dr Sathananthan were friendly and explained their part of the procedure plainly. The paperwork sent previously was very detailed and explained everything simply so I had no questions. One small issue - there was an elderly lady next to me who was there for the first time. She really needed to have the gown set up explained and if she was able to get into the bed as she was left sitting in her chair and getting cold. Having said this, I will be more than happy to teturn - in 5 years. Would and will, highly recommend Northern Endoscopy to any and everyone. Well done and thanks again to everyone!
I was quite anxious having my first colonoscopy but all the staff were very caring and professional. From the front desk, nurses, Dr Sathananthan and Anaesthetist Dr Bednarczuk. They explained the procedure and put me at ease.
Care and service were excellent. Staff were friendly and professional.
