I had a Monday morning appointment. My room had ewigs over the floor… I went to the toilet and there was dry poo sprayed up the wall right near the toilet. Very unsatisfactory …. Advise your cleaners….

From check-in to discharge the whole experience was professional and efficient. The staff were excellent, friendly and informed.
