This was my first time having an endoscopy and I was very nervous. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely caring, calm and reassuring. My entire experience was fantastic and I highly recommend the Centre.
Nurses and Doctors friendly and efficient, giving chance to ask questions.. Very happy with the care. It would be good to receive an email of the histology report rather than have to ask the GP for that report. No wait time which was great Just needed a little more time before getting dressed as felt unstable Otherwise excellent service

Firstly welcomed with a friendly smile. Signed a few forms waited a very short while before a nurse came to get me and took me to where I was asked lots of questions by a very friendly nurse who then prepared me for the Endoscopy. Followed by the anethetist and doctor who both explained there respected tasks.
Very comfortable and staff explained everything very well
Under the circumstances, the venue and staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating.
