Headspace Launceston

Headspace Launceston is a youth mental health service offering early intervention mental health support to 12-25 year olds who live, work or study in the Launceston area. The service provides a welcoming and safe environment for young people to access support for their mental health and wellbeing.

Headspace Launceston offers a range of services, including individual counselling, group programs, and family support. The team of experienced clinicians can assist with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and drug and alcohol problems.

The service is free to access and confidential. Young people can self-refer or be referred by a parent, carer, GP, or other health professional.
