Headspace Knox

Headspace Knox is a youth mental health service located in Wantirna South, Victoria. They provide a range of free and confidential services to young people aged 12-25, including:

• Mental health support: This includes individual counselling, group programs, and workshops on a variety of topics such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationships.
• Physical health support: This includes access to a GP, sexual health services, and drug and alcohol support.
• Vocational support: This includes help with finding a job, writing a resume, and preparing for interviews.
• Social support: This includes opportunities to meet other young people, participate in social activities, and build connections with the community.
