Experienced therapists at Connect Psych are able to offer support in a number of areas including mental conditions such as anxiety and depression, as well as grief, relationships, stress, conflict resolution and more. The network of fully licensed therapists are hand-selected and trained to ensure users receive the best possible service. They are also trained in specific therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic mindfulness, and acceptance commitment therapy.

Service users are matched to the most appropriate therapist for their issues who will communicate with them through a secure chat room. For continuity of care, service users will be able to speak to the same therapist each time. Connect Psych understands that life's challenges do not always occur within the working day and therefore therapists can also be available 24 hours a day.
