Receptionists are too busy staring at PCs and keep patients waiting to be looked after, not good customer service, see to the patient and then go back to admin tasks, Who pays your wages???

Answering your phones in a timely manner will benefit both the patients and the business. Waiting over 20 minutes for one of your three reception staff to answer a call for a specialist that you're paying hundreds of dollars for doesn't marry up. Whilst I understand that there will be some wait times, all 3 of my calls were over 20 min wait on separate days during various times. I expect a better service from your staff. Sometimes a phone call is more relevant than an email.
