I’ve had a few sessions with Toby now, I’d seen multiple physios/sports masseurs & chiropractors prior to Toby who all told me a lot of mixed & incorrect advice, I was told I could never weight lift again and was almost scared into buying packages because I was told it was “the only way out” of my injury. After just one session with Toby my pain had pretty much halved, and there on has just got better and better since. I’m almost ready to return back to weight lifting properly & I’ve never felt better after dealing with this for a matter of months now. I feel like a massive weight has been lifted because I have a proper diagnosis & plan. He’s extremely kind, caring & explains the problem to you in a way you understand and gives you rehab to do outside of treatment too. You can really tell he genuinely wants the best for his clients, not just quick cash. Cannot recommend him enough!

Toby came recommended from a colleague and he truly does work wonders. After a couple of sessions of physio I was able to compete again at the highest level after months of frustratingly jumping from therapist to therapist and no one could really get to the bottom of my issue.
