Over the years she has been my doctor, she is polite and I like her quick action when needed, give detailed report and professional on her work. Anytime I come to Prime I always check her availability for her to treat me.

I have been visiting Prime Health Centre, Al Nahda, Sharjah for quite some time, mainly because of the good experience with one of the doctors and the nurses. Their behavior is polite and professional, and that’s the only reason I visited again yesterday. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. The doctor advised me to take a fasting blood test, and I was informed by the reception staff that the clinic is open 24 hours. Based on this, I came early in the morning just to give the blood sample. But the lab technician refused to take the sample, saying it was not entered into the system. Even after checking, he said, “Once the cashier arrives, we’ll see.” This is extremely unprofessional. I woke up early and came only for this test, but there was no respect for patients’ time. It clearly shows lack of coordination and poor management. Also, getting medicines from the pharmacy takes too long, so I had to take the prescription and go to Lime Pharmacy, who delivered the medicine to my home efficiently. The appointment system is another major concern. Even if you have a prior appointment, you still need to take a token and wait. After tests like X-rays, injections, or blood tests, again you need to wait in the queue, even when no insurance approval is needed. It's a very inefficient process. Honestly, the "24-hour clinic" label is just a name. My time was completely wasted this morning due to internal system issues at the clinic. I have had a bad experience here in the past as well, and I’ve finally decided that I will not recommend this clinic to anyone. I wi...
