أكملت الدكتورة راضية بكالوريوس الطب والجراحة في عام 2000 برتبة أولى وشهادة تقدير من جامعة عدن. وفي نفس العام، التحقت بالجامعة كمعلمة لطلاب الطب في الجراحة العامة. وفي عام 2007 حصلت على درجة الماجستير برتبة أولى وعلامة ممتازة في أطروحتها حول إدارة سرطان القولون في الجراحة وتم ترقيتها كمعلمة في كلية الطب وعلوم الصحة لطلاب البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا في قسم الجراحة العامة. تلقت الدكتورة راضية دورات تدريبية في جراحات المناظير باستخدام أحدث تكنولوجيا علوم المناظير. كما حصلت على شهادة ATLS (دعم الحياة المتقدم للصدمات) من الكلية الأمريكية للجراحين.
تتمتع الدكتورة راضية بمجال واسع من الممارسة والاهتمام بما في ذلك جميع جراحات الجهاز الهضمي والكبد والمرارة المفتوحة والمنظارية مثل استئصال الزائدة الدودية بالمنظار واستئصال المرارة بالمنظار، وجميع إصلاح الفتق البطني المفتوح والمنظاري بما في ذلك الفتق الإربي والسري والسري المجاور، وجراحات الثدي مثل استئصال الثدي واستئصال الورم، وجراحات الرأس والرقبة بما في ذلك جراحة الغدة الدرقية، وجراحات الشرج والمستقيم. تتحدث الانجليزية والعربية.

Not satisfied with the consultation as doctor didn't examine properly and didn't find the actual problem and ended up in immediate surgery at prime hospital.
