This is one of the worst experiences I ever had in prime healthcare for the past 12-13 years, myself and my family were always going to prime for any medical concern. Unfortunately, Dr. Mahmoud is not welcoming, he was not sure about my issue and even I was asking several questions to get any information or recommendations. Finally, he advised me to see another senior doctor in the afternoon or visit him at a different clinic however, the body language was very clear that he was uncertain about my issue l, could be due to lack of experience or medical knowledge.
