Jennifer really took the time to go through the doctor notes and then explain what we would be doing in order to solve for the core issue. She was patient and answered questions to really help me get more comfortable with the treatment. Her treatment and motivation are both working well and helping me carry out the exercises even at home.

Jen is a brilliant physio. She fully understood my ankle injury and gave me time appropriate physio exercises which have helped me to strengthen the muscles around my ankle and work towards using the full functionality of ankle. She has a great knowledge of muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc.. I would highly recommend Jen as an expert physio with many years of experience.

She is amazing with her patients and we look forward to meeting her in our sessions.

I had a bad ACL injury playing football. Thankfully not completely torn, but hanging on by a string. Jennifer has helped me a lot with strengthening my muscles around the knee area to give me more stability. Without a doubt my confidence has risen to the point I have even contemplated going back to playing football. I genuinely can't believe how normal it feels. Jennifer isn't a softie, she'll push you hard and tell you the truth rather than sugar coating. This is really works because it wakes you up and if you do what she says, it is the clear road to recovery for sure. Jen begun treating me in 2020 following an incident when I was hit by a van and had to have ACL and meniscus reconstructive surgery. During the height of the pandemic when the UK was on the red list and no family could come out and support me Jen became a lifeline not just for the expert rehab but also for the emotional support, motivation and encouragement throughout my year long recovery period. Following the operation I didn’t think it was possible to regain the mobility and strength I had before the accident, my muscles were so weak and had wasted away (or so I thought) and I was in so much pain I didn’t really want to move. Slowly but surely we saw progress! Jen always kept it interesting, we mixed up the exercises frequently so I didn’t get bored and always felt the right level of challenged. Fast forward to today and I’m probably in the best shape of my life. I still have niggles with the knee and receive treatment for some other pre exciting injuries from a life time of sport and adventure but I’m now back to running long distances on the trails, practicing yoga, surfing and supping. I feel confident I could prep my body for any challenge with the support of Jen and her expertise on my team.

Jennifer is extremely professional and extremely skilled in her job. Helped me with the recovery of my shoulder and was really responsive and coached me the whole way through! Definitely would recommend!

I’ve been with Jenny for quite a while as I’ve had multiple injuries over the years and I’ am always recovered by her methods. The way she pushes you at a level where she knows you can reach and you can. I love how she encourages you to be a better you version of yourself as well as getting you to heal in the way that’s good for you.
