Very knowledgeable and thorough

Having recently undergone double surgery I was feeling very anxious and cautious but I was extremely impressed by James. He listened to my concerns, explained my program and was encouraging & patient, I’m looking forward to the recovery and am happy knowing that James will be there to support me.

I love working with James, he’s super knowledgeable and attentive to his clients requirements. My experience with him has been nothing but stellar.

Great guy; Did notice what I needed and gave the right therapy and exercises to have my back issues addressed. Looking forward to find a way to have those back issues not re-appear in the future.

Knowledgeable and professional

In August 2023, I fractured my spine, had a herniated and degenerative disc (L5-S1), and developed spondylolisthesis. Going from being very active to suddenly hearing from a spine specialist that I would not be able to exercise for a long period of time and would have to dramatically change my routine, due to my spine injury, was one of the most painful and scariest moments of my life. That’s when I met James and Dr. Gustavo at UPANDRUNNING. James not only was encouraging, but he also understood and listened to me. He recognized the importance of being able to continue exercising, not just for my physical well-being, but also for my mental health. James created a program that allowed me to gradually regain my strength and mobility (and get rid of the pain!). I worked with James consistently for 15 weeks, and I owe my progress and ability to return to my normal life to him and Dr. Gustavo. I am incredibly grateful for James' patience and care. It never felt like he was just my physiotherapist; I truly felt that he cared and was part of my team I cannot praise James enough and would highly encourage anyone to work with him.

I have been working with James for a couple of months as of now and he has helped me tremendously with my shoulder rehabilitation and improving my overall athleticism. His explanation and way of treatment is top notch.

James was very knowledgeable and explained my problem to me very well and worked with me to ensure I had the right treatment. He has followed up since to ensure I have kept working on the plan.
