Dr Heidi is an outstanding healthcare professional, i’ve never imagined i will be excited for each appointment in a dental clinic until i met her, dental chair was my biggest fear but now i wait for my braces monthly visits. No review can actually describe how she treats her patients, she CARES! For every detail in your treatment and for your wellbeing and comfort as well. She actually spends time chatting and comforting before asking us to be on the dental chair. Dr Haidi is a very welcoming Orthodontist, professional and knowledgable. She helped me look and feel better. I did braces as recommended by her for my case and the results were fantastic, she also paid attention to my wrong swallowing habits, she saw bite marks and ulcers inside my cheeks and added cheek biting habit in her plan for me which was completely fixed at the end of the treatment. I also got specific retainers to control my tongue and keep the results maintained. Her care before, during and after the orthodontic treatment is exceptional. Never saw this level of emotional and treatment care in any healthcare professional before. Forever thankful Dr Haidi🙏🏻
