Doctor Prunel was very professional and patient with me! He took the time to explain why i was referred to do this surgery and why it would be important for me. He also explained every part of the surgery process. Even on the day of surgery he was asking about how I was feeling and reassured me all the way. The doctor was asking about my recovery all the time until I was better. So for me I was really exceptional to have that trust and care from a doctor.

I got very clear information about procedure, about everything that should happen before and after it. At the day of surgery, dr Prunel visited me in the patient care with all explanations and information about what I can expect in the operation theater. That approach gives me confidence about operator and procedure as well. During procedure at any time I had information what is going on (procedure was in local anesthesia) and I feel very well and safe and sound. After procedure and before discharge, dr Prunel visited me again and gave me all answers on my questions. Follow up was in the same manner as all previously mentioned - very clear and professional.

Dr François Prune is an excellent surgeon with many years of experience in hernia repair surgery. It has been 2 months since my surgery that's done by Dr François. personally I was very concerned since I have done hernia repair surgery abroad 20 years ago and had few complications. luckily I came across dr François he was very attentive to my case and went though my medical history, explained in depth what's his approach and the type of surgery that has to be done. the surgery went super smooth and easy with a little discomfort. All instructions and recommendations was clearly explained, all my questions were answered and even i was able to reach him easily after I left the hospital with some concerns and he was thrilled to answer me Dr François Prune is highly recommended for anyone require a surgery or have some concerns.
