I had a brow-lift procedure performed by Dr. Frank about two months ago. While Dr. Frank was very polite and initially reassuring, my results have unfortunately been deeply disappointing. Before surgery, I clearly explained that I wanted to maintain the original shape of my eyebrows—just slightly elevated to avoid looking constantly tired or angry. Dr. Frank’s assistant specifically confirmed via WhatsApp that incisions and scars would be discreetly placed lower, inside the eyebrow, resulting in better symmetry. Sadly, the outcome has been entirely different. I now have highly visible, thick scars located noticeably above both eyebrows—each almost as long as the brows themselves. What’s even worse, the left eyebrow is now more arched and asymmetrical compared to the right. horrible result!!!! Several other surgeons I’ve consulted since have expressed surprise at the prominence of these scars, advising me that extensive scar management treatments—including fractional laser therapy over the next 6–12 months—will be necessary. I also now require corrective surgery to attempt to fix the asymmetry caused by this procedure, costing the price of the actual surgery now. The consequences have been severe: I had planned to spend this summer traveling through Europe for the very first time, but I’ve had to cancel those plans due to embarrassment and the intensive scar treatments I now require.
