I started therapy three years ago to deal with my anxiety and Ms. Eylul has helped me a lot throughout this journey. I have never felt judged instead I have always felt that someone understands me. Meeting Ms. Eylül was a significant turning point in my life. Thanks to schema therapy, I became more aware of the feelings of worthlessness and inability to establish and maintain relationships that I had been struggling with for many years, and it helped me get to know myself. We were working on my last years bike accident. After accident I couldn’t ride bicycle and it became phobia. After our sessions now i am able to ride bicycle again. I truly appreciate what she did.
