I would like to formally share my concern regarding my recent consultations with DR.EMAN ABOOMAR at Prime Healthcare Group, Ajman branch on 24/03/2026 During my initial visit, she prescribed medicine to take for seven days. I was instructed as well to undergo an eye scan at Prime Medical Hospital in Dubai and was told to return with the results. I followed this instruction and brought the report during my next visit. Despite its raining, I confirm via phone call that I will come. However, upon seeing me, the doctor immediately stated that she already had a copy of the report and proceeded to refer me to a specialist in the hospital back in Dubai. What concerned me most was that no proper consultation was conducted during this follow-up visit. There was no discussion of my condition, no review of the findings with me, and no inquiry about the medication that had been prescribed during my initial consultation—specifically whether it was effective or if I experienced any side effects. Despite the lack of consultation and engagement, I was still charged a consultation fee. This experience left me feeling that my care was not properly managed and that the visit did not provide the professional attention expected. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve patient care, ensure proper follow-up consultations, and maintain transparency in billing practices.

My visit overall was good. But, the doctor is very rude doesn’t even smile and talk nicely. She doesn’t explain the situation much.

She is very friendly in nature and perfect in her work.

Doctor was highly unprofessional. As soon as I entered the room, doctor seemed like she was very rude and not at all interested in patient complaint. She even wrote me a test and did the test without even informing me it’s not covered in insurance. After I complained she snatched the test results from me. Nurse was very friendly and understanding.

Dr Eman is listening well to the patient and had great experience in her field . Thanks
