Elena has been my instructor for over 10 years. She understands my body and my personality and adapts the program to my needs and whatever i am going through. She has diligently guided me through injury (from other athletic pursuits) while still evolving my practice in pilates so I don't feel stuck or demotivated. She posesses the wonderful ability to turn conceptual understanding of the movement into something concrete. I have benefited from her ongoing self development and continued mastery of Pilates practice and I trust her instruction. My body and my mind appreciate time with Elena and I would recommend her to anyone searching for mindful movement at any level.

I’ve been with Elena for over 10 years. Her supervision and guidance of my workouts have helped me manage the ailments associated with hyper mobility and a sedentary office life. I’ve witnessed her constant and continuous investment in upgrading and updating her knowledge. This truly showed when I was diagnosed with an inflamed lumbar disc. She adapted our sessions with targeted isometric exercises to support me in strengthening specific muscles until I went back eventually to our usual level of exercising and the journey continues still!

After my knee ligaments reconstruction I was afraid to return to my active life, I had pain and felt insecure. My doctor recommended Elena as a good movement specialist. She explained everything about ankle/knee/hip alignment and the real cause of my pain and guided to use my body in the more efficient way. After 2 months/3times a week therapy I returned to my regular weightlifting training in full force and still combine it with Elena’s Pilates sessions. Feeling better than ever!

A few years ago I had an accident while performing a stunt It left me with a severe hip and ankle pain After a long rehab my hip felt well but my ankle still felt uncomfortable But through a friend’s recommendation I met up with Elena and she explained to me what could be the cause of my pain So i tried the program that she designed for my rehab even though i was a bit skeptical After 6 weeks the results were more than amazing the pain in the ankle disappeared and I gained back all the mobility needed for me to perform at my highest level She was very professional in her interaction with me and very energetic and enthusiastic about the sessions.
