Dr. Deepa has been very helpful. She's caring, professional and very thoughtful. She has helped me a lot to manage my emotions.

Therapy helped me reframe my thinking in a way that has saved me from so many unpleasant experiences. I had never challenged the way I think until my early 30s, when I realized I couldn’t go on as I was. I have built a very strong skill of understanding what drives my thinking, and that of others, and I’ve learnt to deal with problems more effectively.

Dr Deepa is a very good CP, she has in depth knowledge about human behavior and has helped me take care of my Bipolar situation. Her proactive approach has helped me minimize my mood swings. She also keeps a watch on my health from a distance, this is one of the many good aspects of her’s as a doctor.
