Audrey was able to identify some of the root causes of my son's anxiety. Without her help I never would have been able to identify the things that were building up and manifesting as anxiety and panic attacks. She has been able to bring this awareness to my son through games, activities, and scenarios in a way he can understand and retain. Audrey has also built a great partnership with not only my son but me as his parent.
